A leading company in Lean Practices in Singapore is seeking a professional to manage Lean implementation and improvements. The role requires a degree in Aerospace Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement projects, with knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools preferred. Candidates will lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and share best practices across departments. Applications can be submitted via email.
Qualificações
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in driving continuous improvement projects.
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is an advantage.
Responsabilidades
- Ensure implementation of Lean/Continuous Improvement tools.
- Expand and sustain lean deployment efforts.
- Identify and drive successful completion of Lean projects.
- Manage the sharing of best practices among departments.
Conhecimentos
Formação académica
- In charge of ensuring the implementation of Lean/Continuous Improvement tools & Lean projects in the company
- Responsible for expanding and sustaining the lean deployment efforts through facilitating Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen and Continuous Improvement events
- In charge of identifying, deployment and driving successful completion of Lean projects/initiatives
- In charge of leading Continuous Improvement initiatives and managing the efficiently the sharing of best practices among departments
- Minimum Degree in Aerospace Engineering or relevant
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in driving continuous improvement projects
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, JIRA, Power BI, VBA and Macros will be advantage
