• Perform repair processes such as plasma spray, water jet, shot peening, heat treatment, cleaning, masking, blasting, sheetmetal etc
• Meet repair production schedule and delivery requirements
• Participate in cost control initiatives and continuous improvement projects / events
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• NITEC or equivalent, preferably with experiences in the component overhaul / repair industry
• Knowledge and skills in any repair process, e.g. plasma spray, water jet, shot‑peening, heat treatment etc
• Able to perform rotating shift work, and support overtime, if required
