🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Provide technical support to production operations for assigned products
• Manage product definition, configuration, and evolution
• Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis (8D), and cost-saving initiatives
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams (MFT) and customers to resolve product issues
• Lead/support new product introduction, customer returns, and supplier validations
• Establish KPIs (R1, FPY) and monitor support effectiveness

🧠 What You Bring:

• Diploma or Degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or similar
• 2+ years’ experience in technical support or product engineering
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; clear and professional communication
• Able to manage priorities under tight deadlines
• Aviation industry experience is a plus!
