Qualifications

• Degree with 3 years experience or Diploma with 5 years experience in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role within a Precision Engineering environment.
• Good working knowledge of AS9100 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Quality Technicians to meet quality expectations.
• Coach and develop the team's skills and manage work performance.
• Conduct internal quality audits to maintain the Quality Management System.
• Participate in performance improvement processes.
• Maintain and improve quality control procedures.
