Job summary
A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to manage accounts and assist in client interactions. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare insurance, and possess strong communication and customer service skills. This role involves developing technical parameters and providing performance analysis for clients.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in relevant industry and role.
- Candidates with prior experience with Healthcare Insurance provider (Employee Benefits) will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Administer and drive development and implementation of technical parameters.
- Monitor that new and existing implementations are updated promptly.
- Account management for assigned accounts.
Skills
- Administer and drive development and implementation of technical parameters, policies and frameworks.
- Monitor that new and existing implementations, renewals, and movements requests are updated promptly.
- Provide and assist in regular analysis or ad-hoc reports to clients on the performance of each portfolio.
- Account management for assigned accounts and provide support to the team where required.
- Maintain high quality interactions with all touch points and escalate resolutions in a client centric manner.
- Any other tasks as assigned.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in relevant industry and role.
- Candidates with prior experience with Healthcare Insurance provider (Employee Benefits) will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Passion for customer service and a good team player.
