Job Description:
We are looking for a highly responsible and passionate Accounts cum Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a background in accounting, previous experience in a similar role, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of key accounts and drive success within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of client accounts, ensuring all accounting processes are accurate and timely.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for clients.
Provide expert guidance and advice on accounting matters to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of financial projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Monitor and resolve any accounting issues or discrepancies promptly.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost-saving for clients.
Any other ad-hoc job duties as assign.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Account Executive, Account Assistant or in a similar role with strong accounting knowledge.
In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
A proactive, responsible, and passionate attitude toward your work.
Previous experience in managing client accounts and handling financial operations.
LCCI, ACCA, Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Able to meet deadlines work under tight schedules
Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
