Admin Executive cum Accounts

We are an IT company seeking an Admin Executive cum Accounts personnel. The role involves handling administrative tasks, including sorting and arranging sales records, inventory listings, and keying account data into systems.

Job Duties:
  1. Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth work functions.
  2. Handle phone calls and serve beverages as needed.
  3. Manage general filing and filter all incoming letters.
  4. Perform day-to-day accounting and administrative duties.
  5. Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
  6. Conduct daily bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of incoming funds and deductions.
  7. Assist with internal and external audits and prepare audit schedules.
  8. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • GCE O level and above.
  • Preferably two years of admin and accounts experience.
  • Entry-level candidates and fresh diploma graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese communication and presentation skills (necessary for liaising with Chinese-speaking associates regarding financial operations).
  • Able to multi-task and work in a challenging environment.
  • Experience with accounting software.
