Job Responsibilities:
Ensure all records are managed accurately
Assist and provide advice to enquiries from internal and external parties
Register and process requests accordingly
Follow-up with other parties on incomplete documents received
Execute administrative duties pertaining to all report requests.
Manage and resolve urgent and/or difficult enquiries/requests
Retrieve records/documents from external parties
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
