Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel records
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts such as job postings, interview scheduling, and documentation
  • Ensure timely submission of MOM-related documents and maintain HR compliance
  • Support general administrative functions such as vendor liaison, office supplies, and document handling
  • Assist with payroll data preparation, leave tracking, and staff claims processing

Job Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of HR and admin experience with knowledge of local employment regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus
  • Highly organized, discreet, and able to work independently across multiple tasks
