An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to assist the Facilities Manager. This role involves managing documentation, collating monthly reports, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations. Ideal candidates will possess a Diploma and have at least three years of relevant experience, preferably within the Facilities Management sector. If you are meticulous, organized, and a team player with strong communication skills, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team in a supportive environment.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will provide general administrative support such as proper filing and scanning of the documentations, assist the site team to collate and consolidate monthly service and maintenance reports and monthly reports and handle other administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Facilities Management Industry is preferred.
Meticulous, organized and a team player
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel is a must
Required to take 7 minutes ferry from Punggol Point Jetty
5 day work week – 8.30am to 6pm (Mon – Fri)
