Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive administrative and operational support to both sales and procurement functions to ensure the efficient execution of daily business activities.
Maintain and manage accurate documentation, including sales contracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements, ensuring strict adherence to contractual terms and compliance standards.
Prepare, review, and analyze key sales and purchasing reports, providing actionable insights and coordinating effectively with the sales team as necessary.
Collaborate with the supply chain department by supplying detailed planning inputs and performing calculations to support effective self-management and operational alignment.
Undertake additional responsibilities and special assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in an administrative or business support capacity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of numerical accuracy.
Candidates with substantial relevant experience may be considered for more senior roles, with corresponding adjustments in compensation.
