We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Accounts Payable Executive to manage vendor invoices, payments, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in SAP and a strong understanding of AP processes.
- Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable functions
- Process vendor invoices and ensure accuracy in data entry
- Perform invoice matching, verification, and reconciliation
- Prepare payment runs and ensure timely payments to vendors
- Maintain proper AP documentation and filing
- Handle vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Support month‑end closing activities
- Generate AP reports and assist with audits when required
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in Accounts Payable or similar accounting role
- Knowledge and hands‑on experience using SAP system is required
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Excel
