A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an Accounts Assistant. The role involves handling accounts receivable and payable, performing data entry, and providing general office support. An ideal candidate should possess a Nitec in Accounting or Finance and demonstrate good communication and organizational skills. Training is provided for fresh graduates. Responsibilities

  • Handle Accounts Receivable (billing, payment recording, follow-up on outstanding invoices).
  • Process Accounts Payable (supplier invoices, staff claims, payments).
  • Perform data entry, transaction reconciliation, and financial record updates.
  • Order office supplies and track inventory.
  • Help with office events, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
  • Assist with month-end closing and report preparation.
  • Maintain filing systems and general office admin support.
  • Communicate with colleagues, clients, and vendors for coordination.
