Job summary
A social service organization in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts, including monthly financial reporting, grants tracking, and annual budget consolidation. Ideal candidates should hold a diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and preferably possess experience in the social service sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Accpac are essential.
Qualifications
- A minimum diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance.
- A minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
- Experience in the social service sector and/or accounting for charities/ IPCs is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Full set of accounts from data entry to closing and reporting.
- Monthly reporting of Financial Statement and budget utilization.
- Tracking of grants utilization.
- Annual submission of Financial Statement for audit.
- Annual budget consolidation and input into Accpac.
- Tracking of monthly program fees, receipts, prepaid and outstanding and reconciliation with accounts.
- Monthly checking of GIRO collections for authorization.
- Fixed deposit management.
