Finance Operations Associate (6 months maternity cover)
Job summary
A financial technology company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a role requiring coordination of tasks, support in investigations, and reconciliation tasks. Ideal candidates will possess a Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accounting, with 1-2 years experience in AR/AP preferred. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. This role involves posting journals, issuing invoices, and preparing daily reports related to settlements and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years experience specifically in AR/AP.
- Must be able to commit to 6 months maternity cover.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of ongoing tasks and tracking of deadlines.
- Support in investigations of failed transactions.
- Perform basic reconciliation tasks for assigned payment channels.
- Liase with internal departments for resolving merchant and customer enquiries.
- Issue invoices for non-business transactions.
- Posting of accounting journals.
- Preparation of daily reports including settlements, disbursements, user repayments, and revenue.
Education
