Responsibilities

• Assist in the full spectrum of AR duties including invoice preparation and sales verification.
• Prepare and process documents such as Invoices and Credit Notes.
• Track collections and payments, updating Aging list.
• Reconcile outstanding payments and billing disputes.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders.
• Assist in daily stock movement and stock takes.
• Ensure accuracy of AR/AP/GL transactions in accounting system.
