Responsibilities

• Coordination of ongoing tasks and tracking of deadlines.
• Support in investigations of failed transactions.
• Perform basic reconciliation tasks for assigned payment channels.
• Liase with internal departments for resolving merchant and customer enquiries.
• Issue invoices for non-business transactions.
• Posting of accounting journals.
• Preparation of daily reports including settlements, disbursements, user repayments, and revenue.
