1. Product:
   • Define market requirements for future products based on primary and secondary research with customers (VOC), sales, partners, and internal sources.
   • Develop and execute plans addressing product, pricing, channel, messaging, and competitive positioning, working closely with regional marketing teams on launch and promotion.
   • Serve as the customer interface for scoping project-specific enhancements, including requirement finalization for project-specific requirements (FRS and IFRS) and obtaining Honeywell acceptance sign-off prior to UAT.
   • Lead demos, workshops, events, POCs, and other technical discussions for internal sales teams and customers in coordination with Honeywell and HBT businesses.
   • Collaborate with Sales and Corporate Communications to promote the product and achieve quarterly revenue and profit goals.
   • Prepare and roll out priced proposals to HBS sales pursuit teams for Honeywell's smart city software.
   • Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally as needed.
2. You Must Have:
   • Bachelor’s Degree.
   • At least three years of experience as a product manager for a network-connected, software product sold globally through multiple channels.
   • Strong technical understanding of software and cloud technologies.
   • Experience in software development and/or software architecture.
   • Familiarity with public sector contracting cycles and funding mechanisms.
   • Relevant experience marketing IoT, telecom, or other distributed network solutions.
   • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
