Job description

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with strong background in ICT, ELV, networking, or infrastructure projects. The role requires excellent coordination skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage fast-paced project execution across multiple workstreams. Experience in stadiums or major events is a plus but not required — candidates from construction, large venues, facilities, ICT/ELV projects, or large-scale technology rollouts are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Project Execution
  • Review project scope, technical drawings, BOQs, and client requirements.

  • Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.

  • Coordinate with internal teams such as networking, access control, low-current systems, cabling, and vendor partners.

  • Conduct site surveys and prepare technical reports (heat maps, cable routing, site conditions, etc.).

  • Oversee all site activities of IT subcontractors, technicians, and installers.

  • Ensure installation works follow approved drawings, standards, and manufacturer guidelines.

  • Manage on-site logistics including materials, delivery schedules, access permissions, and equipment handling.

  • Track daily progress and adjust plans to ensure milestones are achieved.

  • Ensure full adherence to HSE regulations across all project activities.

  • Assign tasks to team members and ensure alignment with daily objectives.

  • Provide guidance, technical support, and on-site training when required.

  • Maintain team morale, ensure productivity, and promote a professional work environment.

2. Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare daily site reports covering progress, issues, and next steps.

  • Produce and update as-built drawings throughout the project.

  • Maintain complete documentation of material delivery notes and inventory status.

  • Capture and organize site photos and daily work logs.

  • Maintain detailed records of variation orders, scope changes, and approvals.

3. Technical Supervision
  • Supervise system configuration activities including VLAN setup, IP addressing, Wi‑Fi tuning, and device provisioning.

  • Support integration and testing of ICT/ELV systems where required.

  • Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of technical issues with vendors and internal teams.

  • Resolve all punch-list and snagging items to ensure full project handover and closeout.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in IT/ICT/ELV project management or technical coordination.

  • Strong understanding of network systems, structured cabling, low-current systems, and on-site implementation workflows.

  • Experience working on large venues, infrastructure projects, construction sites, or high-volume technology deployments is an advantage.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.

  • Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple teams on-site.
