A leading marketing agency in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior SEO/GEO Specialist. This role focuses on enhancing organic visibility across search engines while implementing SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of experience in SEO, including technical audits and keyword strategy. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to align SEO initiatives with business goals is needed. This position is permanent and requires a proactive attitude towards emerging search trends.
The purpose of this role is to implement and execute SEO initiatives, in line with the agreed strategy, to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets.
A Senior SEO/GEO Specialist drives end-to-end organic visibility across search engines and generative AI platforms by leading advanced keyword strategy, technical optimization, content direction, and LLM-based visibility improvements. The role involves conducting deep competitive and intent analysis, improving site architecture and E-E-A-T signals, managing GEO initiatives such as LLM persona testing, answer optimization, and prompt-based visibility enhancements, while partnering with cross-functional teams to align on business objectives. This specialist monitors performance across traditional SEO and emerging generative channels, translates insights into actionable roadmaps, and ensures consistent brand presence and recommendation across search, AI assistants, and multimodal platforms.
Drive end-to-end organic visibility across search engines and generative AI platforms.
Lead advanced keyword strategy and intent-based analysis.
Conduct technical SEO audits and implement site architecture improvements.
Optimize content strategy, including E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) signals.
Manage GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives
Monitor performance across traditional SEO and emerging generative AI channels.
Translate performance insights into actionable roadmaps and strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO/GEO initiatives with business objectives.
Ensure consistent brand presence and recommendation across search engines, AI search engines, and multimodal platforms.
4–7 years of hands‑on experience in SEO, with exposure to Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) or AI‑driven search visibility.
Strong expertise in keyword research, intent modeling, competitive analysis, and content optimization.
Solid technical SEO knowledge, including crawling, indexing, site architecture, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and technical audits.
Familiarity with generative AI platforms and concepts such as LLM persona testing, prompt optimization, and generative answer ranking.
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and basic BI dashboards.
Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into clear, actionable SEO/GEO strategies.
Strong understanding of E‑E‑A‑T principles and how they influence organic visibility across both traditional and AI‑driven search environments.
Experience collaborating with product, content, engineering, data, UX, or media teams to deliver integrated organic growth initiatives.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
