Job Purpose:

Owns, manages and communicates the sales team strategy:

Set sales team Procedures and Strategy:

  1. Formulates and maintains KPME Sales Standard Operating Procedures.
  2. Sets and controls proper territory coverage, key account strategies, call procedures, frequency of visits to ABC type of customers, and drives sales activities to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales force.
  3. Formulates strategies and action plans to achieve KPME sales and margin objectives.

Monitors sales team activity:
  1. Collects & reviews sales managers and executive reports to optimize results.
  2. Regularly conducts sales management meetings and business reviews to assess performance and drive results in line with KPME financial goals and sales objectives.

Leads and develop team performance:
  1. Develops and maintains solid and long term relationships with top strategic consultants, contractors, maintenance companies, project managers, construction managers, architects, MEP companies, builders, developers, interior design companies, etc.
  2. Analyses accounts and their potential then assigns them among team members to leverage their strengths and achieves the expected sales results.
  3. When applicable, increases product sales by ensuring adequate coverage and distribution.
  4. Sets targets and reviews performance regularly – weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
  5. Regularly analyze regional sales and evaluate territories achievements. Rewards good achievement.

Minimum Requirements:
  1. Candidates must have similar responsibilities in the current or previous roles and have lived or currently living in KSA & Qatar.
  2. Education - Bachelor’s degree in engineering/architecture – masters preferred.
  3. Experience – Minimum 5 years and up to 10 years in construction industry preferably from the paint/coating industry.
