Job Purpose:
Mobility Co. is seeking an experienced Site Transport Planning & Operations Senior Manager responsible for coordinating all aspects of Land Mobility around Amaala sites, from planning to execution. This role involves managing transportation for events, ensuring smooth movement of attendees, guests, staff, and equipment. Reporting to the Land Mobility Planning and Operations Delivery Associate Director, the role supports overall Amaala site planning and operations related to Land Mobility, maintaining high standards and contributing to the company's success.

The role manages all site planning and operations, including transportation organization, staff shuttle services, guest vehicle access, traffic, parking, pedestrian movement, Bike and buggy systems, and client relations.

The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, able to remain calm in emergencies, multi-task, and work independently.

1. Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement transportation plans for Amaala sites, managing parking, workforce shuttles, and guest access, in coordination with the Mobility team and Hotel Operators.
2. Resource Management: Manage site teams, drivers, and equipment, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
3. Communication and Collaboration: Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure goal alignment and smooth transportation service execution.
4. Risk Management: Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
5. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor transportation performance in real-time via TOCC, identify improvements, and implement changes.
6. Problem Solving: Address operational issues promptly during events.
7. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate transportation data and feedback to optimize processes.
8. Additional Duties: Develop transportation policies, work with stakeholders, report issues, and oversee daily operations.

• Minimum 5 years senior management experience.
• Total 12 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in site transport operations or similar in large projects; venue transport experience in major events is advantageous.
• Experience coordinating with operational teams and third parties.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
