Responsibilities

• Contract Management
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts.
  • Ensure contracts are aligned with company policies.
  • Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Risk & Compliance
  • Identify, assess contractual risks.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, and organizational standards
• BU Support
  • Provide guidance to business units on contract terms, obligations, and risks.
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments (legal, procurement, finance, operations) and external parties.
• Process & Systems
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation in contract management systems.
  • Implement and improve contract management processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Drive efficiency and standardization in contract templates and negotiation strategies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or Supply Chain.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in contract management.
