As a Brand Trainer at Chalhoub, you will impart knowledge of the Luxury Gifts, Fashion, or Beauty categories, develop training materials in collaboration with Group L&D, support frontline staff with on-the-job learning, and monitor performance and training needs. Your responsibilities include conducting training needs analysis, creating and implementing training calendars, localizing brand materials, acquiring product knowledge, leveraging digital tools, analyzing training data, conducting brand awareness initiatives, delivering training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and acting as a brand ambassador at events.
