Job Description: Warehouses Supervisor

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouses Supervisor to oversee and optimize operations across our warehouses located throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will ensure efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across all sites. This role requires strong leadership, cross-site coordination, and a strategic mindset to drive cost efficiency, service levels, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Multi‑site Leadership

Manage, mentor, and develop on‑site warehouse managers and supervisors across five locations.

Establish standardized processes and KPIs to ensure consistency and reliability across all sites.

Coordinate cross‑site scheduling, staffing, and peak‑season planning.

Operations Management

Oversee inbound receipt, put‑away, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipping processes.

Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment with high service levels.

Optimize warehouse layouts and processes to maximize space utilization and throughput.

Implement and monitor cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation procedures.

Inventory Control & Accuracy

Maintain accurate inventory records across all warehouses using ERP systems.

Develop and enforce inventory control policies.

Safety, Compliance, and Quality

Enforce safety policies, OSHA/local regulations compliance.

Manage third‑party logistics (3PL) partnerships where applicable and evaluate performance.

Cost Management & Budgeting

Develop and manage regional warehouse budgets, controlling labor, equipment, and facility expenses.

Identify savings opportunities through process improvements, automation, and capacity optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field.

7+ years of warehouse/logistics experience, with at least 3+ years in a multi‑site or regional management role.

Proven track record of managing five or more warehouses or multi‑site distribution operations.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).

Familiarity with Saudi market regulations and local labor laws.

Excellent leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Willingness to travel between sites as required.
