Job summary

Qualifications

  • 1 year of proven Hospitality / Front desk Experience.
  • Previous experience in the sports, fitness, hospitality, or leisure industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome members warmly and answer their questions.
  • Process new member registrations and handle membership fee payments.
  • Book courts, fields, or equipment for members.
  • Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized.
  • Respond to phone calls and handle complaints professionally.

About the job:

We’re looking for a friendly, service-oriented team member to be the first point of contact for our members. You’ll welcome visitors warmly, ensure they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive, provide prompt and courteous assistance, address inquiries and concerns, and deliver an exceptional members service experience throughout their visit.

Job Accountabilities:
  • Welcome members warmly, answer their questions, and provide information about the facility's services, classes, and amenities.
  • Process new member registrations, update existing member information, and handle membership fee payments.
  • Book courts, fields, or equipment for members, and schedule appointments for personal trainers, fitness assessments, or other services.
  • Accurately process transactions for memberships, merchandise, and facility rentals using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized, and monitor the lobby and common areas for cleanliness, reporting any issues to the line Manager.
  • Respond to phone calls from members and potential customers and professionally handle and resolve any complaints or problems that may arise.

Experience:
  • 1 year of proven Hospitality / Front desk Experience .
