The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the aviation industry, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a strong understanding of quality frameworks. This role involves regular audits, monitoring programs, and fostering a culture of safety and compliance within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of airline or aviation industry experience, ideally in quality roles.
• Strong understanding of GACA regulations, ICAO standards, and quality frameworks.
• Experience in compliance monitoring and audit planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of the Quality Management System across operations.
• Conduct internal quality audits and inspections.
• Monitor quality performance indicators and prepare reports for leadership.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on quality procedures and documentation.
