The Service Mechanical Engineer for Machine Tools is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and components in machine tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in machine tool maintenance and repair are a plus.

• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical service engineering, specifically with machine tools.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical systems.

• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

1. Installation and Commissioning: Install and commission new machine tools and related equipment. Ensure all mechanical systems are correctly assembled and aligned. Perform initial testing and adjustments for optimal performance.
2. Maintenance and Repair: Conduct preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical issues, and repair or replace defective components.
3. Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to customers and operators. Respond to emergency service calls.
4. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records, prepare service reports, and report recurring issues or potential improvements.
5. Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols, ensure compliance with policies and standards, and address safety hazards.
6. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with technological advancements, participate in training, and contribute to service process improvements.
