Qualifications

Responsibilities

• تشغيل ومراقبة آلات الإنتاج والتعبئة وفقاً للإجراءات القياسية والمواصفات المعتمدة.
• تعديل وضبط معايير التشغيل لضمان جودة المنتج.
• أداء مهام التعبئة والتغليف حسب متطلبات الإنتاج.
• تنظيف وتعقيم المعدات والمناطق الإنتاجية حسب الجداول.
• الإبلاغ عن أي خلل في المعدات أو حالة شاذة.
• اتباع جميع اللوائح الصحية والبيئية.
• إكمال سجلات الإنتاج اليومية بدقة.

Job description

Job Title:

Machine Operator

Production Supervisor / Line Leader

Job Purpose:

To operate and monitor pharmaceutical production equipment and processes in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety standards, ensuring efficient and high‑quality production output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production and packaging machines according to SOPs and approved specifications.
• Adjust and control operating parameters (speed, weight, pressure, humidity, etc.) to ensure product quality.
• Perform filling, labeling, and packaging tasks as per production requirements.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and production areas according to cleaning procedures and schedules.
• Immediately report any equipment malfunction, deviation, or abnormal condition to the line supervisor or maintenance team.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and wear proper PPE at all times.
• Accurately complete daily production records, logbooks, and batch documentation.
• Support process validation, equipment qualification, or pilot batches as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Diploma in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, food, or chemical manufacturing environment (preferably under GMP standards).
• Skills:
• Basic knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance.
• Understanding of hygiene and safety practices.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
