QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Culinary diploma or degree from an accredited culinary school.
• 35 years of professional kitchen experience, ideally with exposure to international or specialised cuisines (e.g., baking, pastry, hot kitchen).
• A strong foundation in kitchen operations, food safety, mise en place, and cooking techniques.
• Experience in mentoring, on-the-job training, or classroom support is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with lesson planning and culinary curriculum delivery is preferred.
• Eagerness to grow as an educator, trainer, and mentor.
• Team player with excellent communication, patience, and a positive learning mindset.
