Must-Have:

• 6+ years of experience in full-stack development, including 2+ years managing a team
• Skilled in Visual Studio, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes.
• In-depth knowledge of software design patterns, and clean architecture
• Prior experience in leading agile/scrum environment
• Hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Computer Science or Finance
