About the location:

AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. For fitness enthusiasts, the property will offer a bespoke collaboration with fitness trainer Harley Pasternak to seamlessly merge high-performance training with the limitless potential of Triple Bay’s 300 hectares (741 acres) of untouched hills, wadis, and beaches. As a Demi Chef de Partie – Bakery at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay, you will be part of the talented pre-opening culinary team delivering high-quality baked goods across the resort. Reporting to the Chef de Partie – Bakery, you will assist in the production of a variety of artisanal breads, viennoiseries, and breakfast items that meet the resort’s luxury standards.
What You Will Do

• Support the Chef de Partie with pre-opening tasks such as kitchen setup, ingredient sourcing, and trial baking runs.
• Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing bakery items for restaurants, in-room dining, events, and the staff cafeteria.
• Follow established recipes, baking times, and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with HACCP and Four Seasons standards.
• Contribute to the rotation, storage, and labeling of bakery inventory.
• Work closely with Commis Chefs and report any quality or production issues to the Chef de Partie.
• Show initiative in learning new techniques and contributing ideas to improve the product offering.

What You Bring

• Prior experience as a Demi Chef, or at least 3 years as an experienced Commis in a bakery or pastry kitchen at a hotel, resort, or fine bakery.
• Strong foundational knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient handling, and kitchen organization.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high levels of consistency.
• Good understanding of HACCP principles and food safety standards
• Team-oriented attitude with strong attention to cleanliness and quality.
• Pre-opening experience is a plus.
• Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
