Bank Teller

A reputable bank in Medina is seeking a skilled and motivated Bank Teller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an Egyptian national with previous experience in banking and customer service. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients by accurately and efficiently processing transactions, answering inquiries, and promoting bank products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions accurately and efficiently
- Verify identification of clients to prevent fraud
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding account balance, transaction history, fees, and bank products
- Promote bank products such as credit cards, loans, and savings accounts
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in cash handling and balancing of cash drawer
- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with banking regulations
- Assist with opening new accounts for clients
- Troubleshoot any issues or complaints from customers in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality
- Previous experience as a bank teller or similar role in the banking industry
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions
