French Language Tutor

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced French Language Tutor to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized lessons to individuals or small groups of students of various ages and levels.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop lesson plans and curriculum that align with the needs and goals of each student
2. Provide engaging and interactive lessons that incorporate listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
3. Assess students' progress regularly and provide feedback to help them improve
4. Create a supportive and positive learning environment for students
5. Utilize various teaching methods and materials to cater to different learning styles
6. Keep track of attendance and maintain accurate records of students' progress
7. Collaborate with other tutors or teachers to share ideas and strategies for effective teaching

Requirements:

• Native or near-native proficiency in French
• Bachelor's degree in French language or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching French as a second language
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Ability to adapt teaching methods according to individual student needs
• Familiarity with language assessment tools and techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

• Teaching certification in French as a foreign language
• Experience teaching online or through virtual platforms
• Knowledge of second language acquisition theories

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. The tutor will be required to work approximately 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. The salary will be competitive based on qualifications and experience. Accommodation will be provided.
