Job Purpose
Provide legal support to the Legal Department by drafting and reviewing contracts and legal litigation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and contributing to the protection of the company’s legal interests and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and prepare legal contracts and agreements in line with company policies and regulations.
Handle litigation cases and claims, including preparing case documents, coordinating with external lawyers, and following up on court procedures.
Monitor contract validity and coordinate renewals or amendments when necessary.
Provide preliminary legal advice to various departments regarding laws, regulations, and litigation matters.
Respond to internal legal inquiries in coordination with the department head.
Conduct legal research and analyze laws, regulations, and judicial precedents relevant to the company’s operations.
Stay updated on legislative and judicial developments and recommend necessary amendments.
Prepare documentation and legal files related to disputes, complaints, and claims.
Coordinate with external law firms and government entities when required.
Ensure all departments comply with applicable laws, regulations, and court decisions.
Assist in developing and updating legal and litigation policies and procedures.
Prepare periodic reports on contracts, cases, litigation status, and legal risks.
Maintain organized and confidential legal records and documentation.
Perform other related duties consistent with the department’s objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Certificate: SASL is a plus.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within a corporate.
Language: Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
