You’ll act as a technical authority, collaborating across teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality software systems.

This is a hands‑on leadership role suited for someone passionate about driving architectural integrity and mentoring engineering teams.

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience designing and delivering customer experience (CX) SaaS products such as social listening engines, real‑time engagement systems, customer data platforms, feedback tools, or marketing insights dashboards.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of backend software engineering experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails or Python for production‑grade applications.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, architecture reviews, and mentoring.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event‑driven architectures.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and non‑relational (e.g., Redis, Elasticsearch) data stores.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Skilled in using GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to boost coding efficiency, automate tasks, and improve code quality.

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling.
• Contributions to open‑source projects or public technical writing.
