Job Objective

Our client is seeking a Regulatory Data Analytics Consultant to support the Capital Market Authority (CMA) in implementing a regulatory analytics framework using Incorta. The role involves translating prudential rules, KRIs, and supervisory metrics into actionable dashboards and data models.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret CMA Prudential Rules, Basel III, and related frameworks
  • Define and validate KRIs, capital adequacy, liquidity, and exposure thresholds
  • Map regulatory metrics to Incorta data schemas and models
  • Build dashboards and formula columns in collaboration with the technical team
  • Ensure regulatory alignment with compliance, risk, and audit mandates
  • Document all data logic, KPIs, and lineage for audit readiness
  • Train internal users on dashboard navigation (if required)
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of CMA, SAMA, or Basel III frameworks
  • Proven experience mapping transactional data to KPIs and risk indicators
  • Hands-on experience with Incorta (preferred) or Power BI / Tableau / Qlik
  • Prior involvement in regulatory audit documentation
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Experience working with regulators, financial institutions, or public sector (KSA / GCC)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
