This is a full-time, on-site role located in Saudi Arabia for a Carbon Accreditation Consultant. The role involves developing and executing sustainability and nature based carbon accreditation strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant environmental standards and policies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting emissions assessments, advising on best practices for carbon footprint reduction, managing accreditation projects, and preparing documentation and reports for certifications. The consultant will also liaise with key stakeholders and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment with international carbon emission standards and practices.

• Proficiency in carbon management, emissions assessment, and environmental sustainability strategies
• Experience in compliance with international environmental standards and carbon accreditation processes
• Project management and organizational skills to oversee accreditation initiatives and timelines
• Strong analytical, research, reporting, and documentation capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Relevant educational background in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with climate policy frameworks, government regulations, and sustainable development goals
• Prior experience in the energy, engineering, or industrial sectors is advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing independent responsibilities

· B.Sc’s in Environmental Science, Climate Change, or related field
· 5+ years in carbon credit projects or ecosystem restoration
· Expertise in carbon accounting, MRV systems, GIS, remote sensing
· Familiarity with Verra VCS, Gold Standard, ISO 14064
