The consultant will lead initiatives to enhance customer experience for wholesale and B2B segments. Strong experience in telecom, CX transformation, and excellent analytical skills are essential. The role is on-site and requires fluency in both Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in telecom industry.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the CX transformation roadmap.
• Monitor and report on CX performance metrics.
• Design and evaluate loyalty and retention programs.
• Conduct customer journey mapping and pain point analysis.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports.
