Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
2. Proven leadership experience as a Head of Funds Management or in a similar high-level executive role.
3. Extensive background in capital investments, real estate development, or a combination of both.
4. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills with a demonstrably successful track record in fund management.
