JASARA PMC is looking for a highly skilled Architect / Buildings Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team.

• This position requires a professional with extensive experience in architectural design and engineering who can effectively manage and execute complex building projects.
• You will work closely with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable, and high-quality building solutions.
• In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development phases of architectural projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
• You will also coordinate with construction teams, conduct site evaluations, and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that every aspect meets our high standards of quality and performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and buildings engineering.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in architectural and engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing project teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Prior experience working on large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
