Eram Talent is seeking a dedicated Training and Development Specialist to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and knowledge across the organization. As a key player in our HR team, you will work closely with various departments to assess training needs, develop tailored programs, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and introduce the company’s training and development framework, policies, and standards.
  • Analyze and identify competency and skill gaps through performance data, surveys, and discussions with management.
  • Develop a long‑term training roadmap aligned with business strategy and workforce planning.
  • Create and implement digital onboarding and learning programs leveraging technology (e.g., LMS, e‑learning tools).
  • Develop and maintain engaging training materials, manuals, and visual aids.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs, trainers, and learning content, recommending improvements.
  • Manage the annual training budget and forecast future learning investments.
  • Build partnerships with external training providers and certification bodies.
  • Prepare and present reports and dashboards on training outcomes and employee skill progress.
  • Support managers and supervisors in applying coaching and learning techniques within their teams.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proven ability to develop engaging training content and facilitate training sessions effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e‑learning tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic fluency is preferred.
