Qualifications

• Saudi Nationals only.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or events experience is an advantage.
• Physically fit to stand for extended periods and assist with crowd management.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with entry.
• Assist in front desk ticket sales.
• Provide directions and assistance to guests.
• Ensure orderly crowd flow and guide guests.
• Support safety protocols when required.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
