Technical Sales Executive:


Altivate is looking for a results-driven Technical Sales Executive with extensive experience in cloud solutions, including AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, to join our sales team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cloud technologies and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical solutions to clients. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business growth, developing new business opportunities, and establishing long-term relationships with clients. The successful candidate must firstly be able to show a proven track record of increasing sales revenues and meeting or exceeding personal targets. Secondly, show they have the initiative to impact positive change to add value to our business.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Identify and target new business opportunities in the cloud solutions market (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  2. Engage with clients to understand their business needs and propose appropriate cloud solutions.
  3. Provide engaging and articulate information about Altivate’s value proposition to potential customers.
  4. Present, demonstrate, and explain the features and benefits of cloud-based technologies to clients.
  5. Demonstrate ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing, webinars and face to face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship.
  6. Collaborate with the technical team to design customized cloud solutions for clients.
  7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  8. Stay up to date with the latest developments in cloud technologies to provide expert advice to clients.
  9. Meet personal targets and work towards Altivate’s sales goals and profitability.
  10. Attend industry events and conferences to build a network and stay informed about market trends.

Requirements:


  1. 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in ERP solutions, with a strong background in the cloud solutions industry (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  2. Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems.
  3. Experience of working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing team.
  4. Proven track record of driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and closing high-value deals.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  6. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills.
  8. Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude.
  9. Preferably to be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
