The Role

• Deep understanding of conversational commerce and WhatsApp Business API
• Experience designing and optimising chat funnels for sales, service, or lead generation
• Familiarity with chatbot frameworks (Dialogflow, Twilio, Meta Cloud API) and A/B testing tools
• Strong data and UX orientation - ability to analyze drop-off points and drive funnel conversation improvements

The Expertise
