Job summary

A leading bank in Malaysia is seeking a Wealth Business Management and Operations individual contributor. The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, processing banking client applications, and upholding compliance measures. Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience and hold a diploma or degree in a related field. Proficiency in English and Chinese, along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, is required. This position offers opportunities to collaborate across various departments to optimize client lifecycle management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant banking and wealth management experience.
  • Knowledge of Wealth investment products is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational excellence for the Wealth Management business unit.
  • Process Private & Priority Banking client applications within 2 working days.
  • Perform customer callbacks for product disclosure compliance.
  • Manage budget and business administration activities.
  • Work with Project Team and Technology for process optimization.
  • Update procedures for the department.
  • Conduct Risk Control Self-Assessment.
  • Perform compliance callbacks as per SOP.

Education
