Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and outbound shipping to support production and customer delivery requirements.
• Plan and optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and storage strategies to improve efficiency, space utilization, and operational safety.
• Control and monitor raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory, ensuring inventory accuracy, FIFO compliance, and reduction of excess or obsolete stock.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Quality teams to support manufacturing schedules and on-time shipment targets.
• Establish, review, and continuously improve warehouse SOPs, work instructions, and management systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, stock turnover, picking accuracy, on-time delivery, and warehouse productivity, and drive improvement initiatives.
• Lead warehouse digitalization and automation initiatives, including WMS, SAP integration, barcode/RFID systems, and warehouse automation solutions.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, 5S, and security standards within warehouse operations.
• Manage warehouse manpower planning, performance management, training, and development of warehouse staff and supervisors.
• Coordinate with IT and relevant departments on system enhancements, equipment readiness, and operational support related to warehouse and logistics operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related disciplines.

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management within electronics manufacturing, EMS, or high‑tech manufacturing environments.

Strong hands‑on experience with SAP MM/WM (or EWM) and related ERP/WMS systems; familiarity with MES is an added advantage.

Good understanding of warehouse automation systems, material handling equipment, and logistics process optimization.

Proven experience managing large‑scale warehouse operations, including raw materials, PCBA components, and finished goods.

At least 3 years of people management experience leading warehouse teams or supervisors.

Experience working in similar EMS/manufacturing groups will be an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional communication skills.

Able to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
