Job description

Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations

Set up the layout to ensure efficient space utilization.

Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.

Adhere strictly to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.

Manage stock control and reconcile it with the data storage system.

Recruit, Supervise, Coaching, Train, Motivate employee.

Overseeing and Monitoring of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency

Overseeing the movement, storage, and distribution of goods or materials

Monitoring the finished goods to ensure the SOP of the system FIFO

Prioritize workplace safety precautions and ensure compliance with safety standards for employees.

Familiar with HACCP & Halal experience.

Able to implement process improvement initiatives

Prepare reports

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

At least 5-6 year(s) of working experience in warehouse management procedures and best practices

Familiar with HACCP & Halal experience.

5.5 Working Days.

Eng, Malay & Mandarin Speaker required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
