Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Vice President – Sales, Aftersales & Dealer Experience to lead end‑to‑end commercial performance across Asia. This senior leadership role combines strategic direction, governance, and operational excellence to drive sustainable growth and elevate customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead regional sales strategies aligned with global objectives and business priorities, ensuring consistent execution across diverse markets.
- Oversee sales performance, volume planning, pricing strategy, and profitability management to achieve regional targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to guide strategic decisions and maintain market leadership.
- Drive consistent implementation of sales policies, standards, and KPIs across all markets, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the aftersales experience, improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention throughout the ownership lifecycle.
- Establish aftersales journey standards and collaborate with service and CX teams to boost customer lifetime value and brand trust.
- Strengthen dealer network capability through governance, performance reviews, and operational optimization to ensure best‑in‑class retail execution.
- Ensure consistent implementation of dealer experience standards, including showroom operations, customer engagement, and brand representation.
- Provide strong leadership and coaching to regional and market‑level sales leaders, fostering talent development and succession planning.
- Act as a key liaison between HQ, regional office, and local markets to ensure alignment, effective communication, and cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, Aftersales, Finance, and HR teams.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a senior commercial leader with strong strategic and operational expertise to drive regional performance and customer experience. Key requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline; MBA or Master's degree is an advantage.
- 15‑20 years of experience in the automotive or related industries, with a proven track record in regional leadership roles.
- Extensive experience in sales strategy, aftersales operations, and dealer network management, ideally across multiple markets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi‑country commercial operations and deliver sustainable growth.
- Strong strategic planning and governance mindset, combined with hands‑on leadership capability to execute initiatives effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across cultures and organizational levels.
- Proven experience in driving customer experience improvements, dealer performance optimization, and ownership journey enhancements.
- High level of resilience, adaptability, and results‑driven approach, with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
