We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Videographer to produce compelling video content for marketing, branding, and corporate communications. The role requires strong storytelling abilities, technical expertise in video production, and proficiency in post‑production editing to deliver polished, engaging video assets across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production
- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos for campaigns, social media, ads, product showcases, interviews, and corporate events.
- Execute videos using proper lighting, sound recording, framing, and camera movement techniques.
- Conduct pre‑production planning such as storyboarding, scripting, mood boards, and shot lists.
- Direct subjects (talent, employees, clients) during video shoots to ensure natural and confident on‑camera performance.
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
- Perform color grading, sound balancing, transitions, motion graphics integration, and visual effects where necessary.
- Optimize videos in various formats for social media, websites, digital ads, and presentations.
- Ensure final cuts follow brand guidelines, meet project deadlines, and maintain a consistent visual style.
Creative Concept Development
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and creative teams to brainstorm and develop impactful video concepts.
- Provide recommendations on visual storytelling, pacing, and delivery to enhance audience engagement.
- Research and incorporate current video trends (e.g., social media reels, cinematic styles, fast cuts).
Technical and Equipment Management
- Maintain, organize, and operate video production equipment including cameras, lighting, audio gear, stabilizers, and drones (if certified).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to shoots or editing.
- Maintain an organized video archive for efficient retrieval and version control.
Industry Awareness
- Stay updated with video production trends, cinematography techniques, and emerging content styles.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional videography experience in marketing, media production, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras, stabilizers, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Advanced editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
- Ability to conceptualize and produce videos independently from pre‑production to final export.
- Strong storytelling skills with an eye for pacing, composition, and audience engagement.
- Ability to manage deadlines, multiple projects, and fast‑paced content production.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
- A portfolio showcasing video production and editing work is required.
- Prior experience in the hospitality and/or F&B industry, with an understanding of the visual standards, storytelling needs, and fast‑paced operational environment of these sectors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in drone operation (with certification where required).
- Skills in motion graphics, animation, or simple 2D/3D effects.
- Knowledge of sound design, voiceover production, and audio mixing.
